Indie hacking strategy

There are so many moving parts in creating a business that you will never know what will work and what will not. That is overwhelming. The solution is pretty simple, but it is not easy (of course).

What are these moving parts?

• your strengths
• your weaknesses
• the niche you work in
• what niche wants
• the ability of niche to pay
• the problem you solve
• execution
• marketing
• timing
• money you can spend
• something else that I forgot to mention
• something else that I don't even know yet (unknown unknowns)

Some of them are under your control, but not all of them.

So, what is the solution? The answer is brute force. Run as many small experiments as you can tweaking these moving parts and see what sticks. Become an evolutionary algorithm in your entrepreneurial journey.

That is one of the most effective strategies you can apply, but it takes time and perseverance (of course).
